The inspiration behind the One Size Slat collection emerged from consideration of how the manufacturing process could be streamlined. It imagines a workshop with limited space and tools, reminiscent of a small studio. The collection is crafted using prototypes, a generous batch of custom-sized planed planks, and a selection of small hand-tools specifically chosen by Piet Hein Eek. This approach allows for a simple production setup, while maintaining the hallmark quality of his designs.
