At Sofas at SCP, we want you to love your new furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full reimbursement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate with our specialized logistics partners to schedule a convenient time for professional collection from your home.

• 3.
  Inspection and Processing

  Once your sofa arrives back at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return condition standards.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
