This piece was originally part of a special furniture collection made in collaboration with Ishinomaki Laboratory, the Japanese DIY furniture company founded in the immediate aftermath of the 2011 Great Eastern Japan earthquake and tsunami. The collection marks ten years since the disaster and features a diverse range of designs by fourteen designers.
