Zampa low stool
Zampa is a light, refined stool with subtly curved legs. Designed by Jasper Morrison for Mattiazzi, the low stool makes use of minimal elements and few joins.///Description
The idea for Zampa came from old country stools, handmade from bowed stick legs with a rounded seat. Morrison noted their simple construction, whilst bringing a technical approach to his design. The result is an elegant and robust stool with a surprisingly comfortable flat wooden seat.
The MC 18 Zampa stools are light, versatile and available in choice of colours. The low stool can be used as a stool or small side table, beside the bed, in the bathroom or wherever it’s needed.
